Disconnect option on dail-up server.

My mother-in-law bought a new computer, running Windows Vista. I was updating
it and seen where it was going to take approx. 2 hours to download updates. I
turned off the window that comes up when she closes Internet Explorer or her
Windows Mail account. This window gave her the option to click on a box to
disconnect right away so she wouldn'r forget to disconnect. I can't find the
option to bring back up this window. Anybody know where it is? Thanks
