Greetings Nancy,
Is the conversation window in the taskbar at least? If so, you'll just need to move it back.
To do so, bring up a conversation window, then right-click its taskbar button in the taskbar,
if the 'Restore' option *isn't* grayed out, click it. Then press alt-space on the keyboard
and choose Move. Then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window back into the
visible area of the screen.
A little tip; after you've pressed at least one of the arrow keys after selecting Move, just
move the mouse around without clicking anything to more quickly get it back into position.
Just click once to end the move.
