Disk Cleanup Button Disappeared

Vista Ultimate x86:

Suddenly today the Dick Cleanup button disappeared from the General tab of the
Properties page for my C.(system) drive in both Computer and Windows Explorer.
The button appears on all other drives.

I can still access Disk Cleanup from the Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories
> System Tools > Disk Cleanup.

It was there yesterday and I have not installed anything nor made any
configuration changes.

Not a big deal, but I did find it the most convenient way to do a disk cleanup.
