Disk marked as current read-only, but read-only flag is OFF !

Hello ppl,

Yesterday I had an odd situation.

My file server, Windows 2008 R2 std, running over Hyper-V cluster, just got
all disks as read-only. But not simply read-only, using diskpart the detail
result was :

DGC RAID 5 SCSI Disk Device
Disk ID: 2820757C
Type : SCSI
Status : Online
Path : 0
Target : 0
LUN ID : 0
Location Path : UNAVAILABLE
Current Read-only State : Yes
Read-only : No
Boot Disk : No
Pagefile Disk : No
Hibernation File Disk : No
Crashdump Disk : No
Clustered Disk : No

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
Volume 3 E DFS NTFS Partition 1021 MB Healthy


How do I get my disk to read-write access again ?

This is giving me headache !

There is also a read-only flag on the volume

DISKPART> select volume X
DISKPART> detail volume

that should list the volume flags
