1. I have a Dell Isperon 360 computer/Windows Vista Home Basic.
Purchased 3.19.08; which means it is no longer under warranty. My
computer reads when I restart it "reads diskette drive 0 failure" Why.
How can it be repaired some how.
2. "No Audio Output Device" is installed and I don't know what
happened. The headphone output works!

1. Your floppy drive died or the cables (power and data) fell out of their
sockets either on the motherboard side or on the unit side.

2. Most probably the driver is the source of the problem.

Or possibly the computer has no floppy drive - or no floppy in the drive -
and some startup software (a rogue program?) is trying to access the drive.

Maybe the same program is causing this. This is a wild guess :-)
