Display control panel disappeared

Windows Vista Ultimate
The display control panel has disappeared from the control panel folder. The
display control panel is still acessible via a link from Help regarding
changing display resolution. Show the control panel is still on the machine
somewhere. I did a search for "display", searching everything. No results
returned.

How do I find this control panel and how do I restore it to the control
panel folder?
