display driver

my windows 2000 display is always minimized and i was told my display driver
is n.g but when i do a windows update or device manager troubleshoot no
problems are found.
when i click on ati driver it gives me an error code of 31
how do i update/fix the driver
this all started when i went into safe mode

Go to ATI's website and download the latest driver from there. Follow
the instructions exactly on how to update the driver.
