Display name and picture becomes permanent

Help me,

My WLM display name and display picture cannot be changed anymore..i
try to change it, but it changes only for a while then turns back to
what the display before it. This happens for about 4 months already. I
already uninstalled and removed all the files for number of times
now..but still the problem occurs..now im stuck with my old display
picture and name now..

any help?

i have problem my email is
