Display name not working over Xbox Live

My display name does not transfer over when I am signed into MSN Messenger
over Xbox Live.

When I am signed into MSN Messenger over the computer, my display name is
"Gino"

When I am signed into MSN Messenger over Xbox Live, my display name is my
e-mail address.

This problem started occurring 2 months ago, prior to that, my display name
would be "Gino" over Xbox Live on MSN Messenger.

Friends of mine have not had this problem, their displays names are the same
as they are on the computer.

How do I fix this?
