Display picture in sign in window disappeared

yesterday the display picture in the sign in window (which is located above
the email test box before signing in to msn live messenger) disappeared for
no reason
i tried everything but it doesn't appear any more
i did a virus scan
and reinstalled the msn live messenger again
but nothing is working
please help me

Greetings,

Messenger will remove the display picture there when the window has become too small. As
such, just resize the window to be larger and the display picture will come back.

i tried that but nothing happend
i still can't see the display picture

i just installed the beta version and its back
i'll uninstall it now and try the final version again
i hope it comes back

its working now
this is strange :S
