Display Setting Problem

After installing the Windows Update in December 2005, my Display settings
appears not to function. I cannot set the screen saver nor can I get Theme
and the Desktop colour to remain as I set them. Any suggestions on how to
remedy the problem.

Probably the first step would be to re-install the display drivers for your
system.
