display settings after update

My settings have also changed after a windows update and the display is small
also some web pages only display in the middle of my monitor with blank space
either side tried system restore wouldn't go back . I have windows vista

Hi
Thank you I tried to remove the driver to see if that worked web pages still
only display in middle of screen.Doesn't work but thanks for suggestion.
