Display Won't turn off

I recently switched from XP Pro to Vista Ultimate SP1 (Same Hardware) and now
my Display won't turn off after the alotted 2 hours I've set it to.

I set the screensaver to come on after 20 minutes and the display to turn
off after 2 hours.

During testiong if I set the screensaver to 1 minute and to turn off the
display after 2 minutes, it works.

What else could it be?

There is an optional update that fixed this problem for me. I cannot
remember exactly what it's called though - I want to say it’s a HUD or
something?

Check windows update and look at the optional ones.
