Distributing a Net Application with Media Player

I have embedded the media player active x control into my net application.
The compiled application runs fine on my development machine but I get an
error when I try to run it on other machines. WMP.dll is linked to
KERNEL32.DLL.

What steps do I need to do to ensure my ability to distribute an application
with the media player?
