DLL files

After years of playing free games I have decided to BUY a 1000 solitare CD.
But I can't get it to load. I get error messages like. " E.DLL not found", "A
device attached to your system is not functioning" "This program has
performed an illeagal operation and will be shut down" and "This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administator".
Not being litrate in computer language I have no Idea what this is all
about. I just wanted some new games to play. Any help apriciated.

This doesn't seem to be a Windows Update issue, so suggest you post this
in the .general newsgroup for the version of Windows you are using.
