This message simply indicates that RTHDCPL (RealTek HD audio Control Panel)
can't load at boot. You don't need to disable the utility manually, as it's
basically disabled already - all you lose is the RT HD cpl. You can simply
ignore the message on boot, or you can install the fix documented in the
link below.
In comparing the risk of the security issue vs the temporary loss of the
RealTek HD utility, if possible you should leave the security update
installed.
