DMS Viewer

I am trying to get DMS Viewer to show a document I am trying to view. I have
downloaded the DMS Viewer to my computer, but apparently Windows Vista won't
allow it to open.

Does anybody know how to get around this problem?

A few suggestions:

1. Check with DMS Viewer's tech support. It's their program; they will know
best how to deal with its problems.

2. If #1 isn't possible, try running DMS Viewer as administrator.
Right-click on the executable and choose "run as administrator".

3. Another possibility is to install DMS Viewer in compatibility mode (see
Help & Support for details) if this is an older program that isn't
compatible with Vista.

I did check with HP to see if it was compatible and they said it was. They
gave me phone # to call Exigen Workflow 402-212-4016 to find out if there
were any updates. My system keeps asking me if I want to allow/trust the
program to run. I click "allow" but it still doesn't work.

Run as an Administrator option is not available to me. I'll have to call
Exigen/Imaging to find out if there is an update. HP online gave me their
number 402-212-4016
