DnldMgr Error 0x8024402c

I continue to receive this error message on my client PC's but cannot get
updates to install on my PC's. This is the error message that I get on the
WindowsUpdate log file.

DnldMgr Error 0x8024402c occurred while downloading update: notifying
dependent calls.

We have just installed WSUS SP1 on our servers and the application finds the
PC's but they do not install. They PC's gets the update icon and it says 11%
completed but then it doesn't do anything. We are not behind a firewall this
is a PC that is on the domain that will get it's updates from a WSUS server
Win2003 SP1. We do not have an ISA firewall and I cannot get my machines to
update.

Any ideas? I haven't found one that pertains to using an internal update
server.
