Group,

I believe this is where i would post this... but here is the delima:

I've got an internal domain: domain.local

and i've got an internet domain: InternetDomain.us

i've setup a web server and on the domain registry (Network Solutions)...
i've setup a record for ts.InternetDomain.us to point to that server's static
IP (from ISP)

when it is type on a browser addres from an outside network, it works fine,
but internally... it cannot find the site... as if not able to connect to it.
I've setup a zone with the domain InternetDomain.us and added a record (Host
A) in the DNS. but still no go.

Anyone ran across this issue and how to fix it would be great.

Thanks in advance.

What internal record did you create? Did you create a www record?

Did you also create a blank hostname record (so you can get to the site by http://domain.us)?

For the internal records you created, did you provide the private IP for the record?

Is there a hostheader = domain.us and www.domain.us set in IIS for the website?

Thank you for the responses... I figured it out... i restarted my server and
it works fine now.

I'm able to reach the web server using 'http://ts.InternetDomain.us' within
and outside the network.

Thanks again for all your help.
