How Do I Access or Open Files for editing on My SD Storage Card

How Do I Access or Open Files on My SD Storage Card? When I go into “My
Computer� and open “Mobile Device� I only get the properties when I double
click an item.

This is a default. You can only edit the files either by moving it out to a
folder on your computer or directly on your device.
