How do I create a Vista install CD or DVD?

I have Vista Ultimate on my laptop. I want to create a brand new
install of Vista on my laptop. For my current account profile, I have
backed up all the files to a backup external disk. I want to do a clean
install. Now how do I create an install disk for Vista? In the old
days, we would get an install CD along with the computer. Now they tell
me that I have to create my own. Could someone please let me know how
to create the Vista install CD or DVD?

contact the manufacturer..
