how do i determine the initial repllication has completed between master and receiving partner and all become equal partners ?

At what stage do i know when initial replication has completed ?

Is there a status that shows all partners are all equal now ?

One or more members have a 4102 event (initial sync needed) that is not
followed by a 4104 event (initial sync completed).
