Shirl,
The Windows Anytime upgrade is the 32 bit version of Vista. You have a
64 bit processor that will work fine with the 32 bit Vista. With the 64
bit processor you have the option to upgrade to the 64 bit version of
Vista when you like. You wouldn't be able to do this if you had a 32
bit processor.
These tips will help you improve the performance of Vista. Just do the
ones that you feel comfortable doing.
