How do I find this in Vista?

Hey guys
Im new to this forum, and I need a bit of your help!
I saw this toolbar in a Vista theme in Brickopacks, and Im wondering
how I install it in my real Vista. It's sort of like a Mac toolbar...
Can anyone help me?

The Taskbar like thing in MacOSX is called the Dock.

There are a few different Dock addons for Vista. Personally, I think the
Dock is pretty awful in MacOSX, and cannot imagine why you'd want it in
Vista when the taskbar is a lot better.
