How do I Fix Vista?

It always flashes green and blue.

It's due to minimizing the boot time, and disabling Aero....

Changing the color of the Bright Flashing lights is no longer an option in
Vista. Only Windows XP would allow for adjusting the color of screen
flashes. Rumor has it that this feature will be re-implemented in the
upcoming Vista SP1, but unfortunately will only allow changing from green
and blue, to amber and fucia. Unfortunately the speed in which the flashes
come will still not be adjustable.
