How do I get back the uninstall file for WLM?

I have been wrestling with this for a few weeks now. Can't log in to WLM, I
have reinstalled Windows 7 2x now and cannot find the uninstall files to
clean uninstall and reinstall the messenger. Any suggestions as to how to get
it back?

Hi,

You can't log into Windows Live Messenger with version 7.2x any longer.

You need to upgrade to the latest version.
