How do I get my email from Comcast?

I use Microsoft Active Sync 3.8 and Outlook 2003. I have configured Active
Sync to sync my email from Outlook 2003. However, when I am away from my
Outlook 2003, I would like to be able to download my email from my Comcast
ISP.

I have tried to use the "Bluetooth manager" to connect my Pocket PC to the
Comcast server. I believe I have given the correct settings, but I am
getting an error message on the Pocket PC that the settings are wrong.

Does anyone have a step-by-step approach that I can use to connnect my
Pocket PC to my Comcast email server, to download my email to my Pocket PC?
I will appreciate advice.
