How do I get rid of "about:blank"

about:blank redirects Internet Explorer and redirects hotmail once i hit the
log-in button after entering my hotmail address and password

I had this problem too, it´s a problem from explorer , enter in
configuration, add or uninstalled programs, shade esplorer, choice repair if
dont cant repari, choice come back before version, I´m sorry for my english,
but I use spanish

I suggest you scam for Ad-ware / spyware or trojan. Make sure your
browser has not been hijacked. It's pretty common for Internet Explorer.
