How do I get update referred to in MS09-035

I would like to install the update referred to in Microsoft Security Bulletin
MS09-035.

However, the update is not listed on the update module on my PC or when
check for updates on the Microsoft Update website. Please advise.

Do you have Visual Studio installed?

Thanks for the reply. No, I don't have Visual Studio installed. So, I don't
need it then? Correct?

If you read the article, it told you it was for Visual Studio.

You're absolutely right and I was wrong; I should have also asked about the
redistributable packages.
