How do I get the updates back

This computer crashed. I got most of everything back working but can't find
out how to get the WindowXP home updates. Someone please help.

Turn on Automatic updates..
and/or
Visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and scan your machine for
updates - install from there.
