Do I have to have SP 1 to install SP2.

Hi, dear group gurus,

I just installed XP on a brand new computer, and run the auto -update. It
didn't find SP2. So I wonder whether I have to have SP1 installed firstly to
be ready for SP2.

Service Pack 2 replaces Service Pack 1 in its entirety.
Therefore, you should only install Service Pack 2.
