How do I hide an offered update?

I'm using Vista Home Premium SP-1, with auto update on, notify me first. It
is offering an update that won't install. (another problem, posted earlier)
I want to hide the offered update. How do I do that? There is no link on
the side of page, like there used to be, to turn off (hide) an update so it
won't be repeatedly offered to you. Or maybe I missed something.... Any
suggestion would be appreciated.

Open Windows Update and when the Update in question shows select on the bottom of the Update when expanded Don't show this Update

Thanks! I found it by right clicking on the offering after opening view
details.
