How Do I hide Optional Language Pack Updates

I have Vista Ultimate. I was sick and tired of seeing these optional
language pack updates for CHINESE DANISH DUTCH, and SO ON...!

I don't need them. I want the option to go away so I only see the new
stuff.
So
I clicked install, and then I see the size of the download for all
that crap!

Can I get rid of this crap another way?

Got to the update website and hide the updas that you do not want, for some
people language packs are usfull for some not
