On your desktop, R-click on My Computer>click properties. On the general tab
you will see which service is installed. If SP2 is not installed, go to
Windows Update for the download. It's also a good idea to order the SP2 CD
from MS just in case you have to reinstall XP. Should that happen, the SP2
CD has all the SP1 updates included.
