Is there any command to know if I'm running 32 or 64 bit??

If you want to use the GUI, go to Control Panel, System and look at the
"System Type" field - it will say 32 or 64 bit.

If you want a command at a command prompt, type "systeminfo" and look at the
System Type filed in the output. As above, it will report 32 or 64 bit.

Herman;
Right click "Computer" and click "Properties".
Under "System " see "System type"
The last line on that page will tell.
Since you are unsure, you probably have 32 bit.
