I bought a new PC some months back and transferred files over from my old XP
PC.
Within the directory structure there are many old XP shortcuts e.g. Local
Settings, NetHood, SendTo, Templates, Start Menu etc etc
I don't seem to be able to access any of them, getting an error - You don't
currently have permission to access this folder
If I choose continue, i get - You have been denied permission to access this
folder

Is it ok just to delete all these old shortcuts?

Thanks in advance
Pete
