Do I need to install 935448?

I installed 925902 on Wednesday, 4/4, and have had no problems. I
understood there was to be a 4/10 revision to this update, but I
find nothing offered at Windows Update for that purpose. I'm not
running any of the software that 925902 broke, but might in the
future. Do I need to manually install 935448, or were those
modifications already included in the 4/4 version of 925902?

If your machine needed the 935448 hotfix, Automatic Updates would have
offered it to you.

In my experience this is not true. I uninstalled the 935448 hotfix, and
Windows Update does not offer to install that fix. If the updater is only
checking for the presence of those programs MS lists in the related KB
article, that would explain why not. From my experience with other developers
I know the actual list of programs exhibiting that problem is much, much
larger than the list shown in the article, including one I develop myself.

This has become a real sore point for developers effected by the problem.
Most users of course don't know to check the KB and most of them assume the
problem is with our applications.
