Managed to work out was it was.
Although the machine was a member of the domain the local security policy
had Interactive Logon: Users are not required to enter CTRL+ALT+DELETE set to
enabled.
Once this was disabled i was secure again.
I would have thought that the Default Domain GP would have overridden this.
Oh well, sorted now.
