How do I reach the MS free support for Windows Update problems

Hi,
I'm having problems with my windows updating. I reach the update site,
the system locates the needed updates, downloads the files, but to
install them. It doesn't matter what file is downloaded. All fail.
I know that MS offer a free support for Windows Update, but all my
efforts to locate the needed service failed.
Can you supply me with the link to the MS Windows Update support?
