How do I reinstall IE7.0 on Vista?

Hi, I am having all sorts of problems with IE7.0, it does not save my UserID
or Password, when I click on a link, it Crashes,..... so I thought that the
best thing to do would be to uninstall and then re-install Ie7.0 but it
appears that IE is embedded in Vista so my question is, How Do I Reinstall IE
on a Vista Home Premium system? Thanks, Bob
