How do I reinstall updates that I removed?

Hello,

A while back my computer did an automatic XP upgrade when I shut down the
computer. When I restarted the computer the next morning I was getting a
blue-screen error that my registry was bad. I restarted in safe mode and
uninstalled all of the updates from the night before using the spuninst.exe
programs in each $NtUninstallKB* folder.

Since some of these are security updates, I want to try reinstalling them,
but I can't figure out how. When I go to the Windows Update website, it
shows that these are already installed (little green checkmark next to the
updates). How do I reinstall these updates?
