Hi
I have found a buggy driver that Windows Updates provides. I would like to
know how to report it so it can be removed from the Windows automatic Updates
page. The driver in question can be found at this link.
http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/

It is the Marvell Yukon controller driver and when you are downloading from
multiple host it appears to become overloaded and will shutdown down network
connections. the only way to get them back is to rebot the computer.

I found one other refrence to this problem it can be found at this link.

The newest driver from Marvel Yukon appears to have fixed this problem and
can be found at this link.

Any way what is the propper place to report this ? and could someone provide
a link to the propper web page.

Thanks
Grandpa

No real idea where you would report it - but if it a hardware driver *never*
get it from Windows Update - always get it from the manufacturer.

(Not that Microsoft would likely do anything about the driver issue - they
did not write it - they are just providing it to you.)

Thanks for the quick reply I did allot of research before posting even called
Microsoft support it appears there is no way to report things like this. (Not
that it would do any good anyway)

Thanks
