How do I run ALL programs as Admin?

I don't need all the popups and flags from Vista asking if I want to run a
program. Is there a way to get around all the popups and run everything as an
admin without Vista telling me the file is not recognized by MS, and "Windows
needs permission" and file may not have instaleld properly, and the "are you
sure" hoops an hurdles? My user account is Administrator.

Sure, just turn off UAC, but don't come whining here when you get a virus or
whatever.

Use secpol.msc,Local policies, local security setting, and scroll all the way
to the bottom change user elevation properties to "trust all" some in close
to at natural.

Matt - I don't "whine" about things I get. I whine about things I don't get -
like how MS could release Boondoggle - I mean Vista in the state it is in.

After getting through the 'windoze doesn't recognixe the author', and 'are
you sure you want to run this program' and this program may not have been
instaleld properly (what program - Vista?) and other meaningless popups, I
realized that MS approach to preventing hackers and viruses is to frustyrate
the owner so much they leave their computer OFF.

Thanks gatran - however, there is no secpol.msc on this Home Premium - at
least Vista can't find it - not from the Run command (DOS) prompt, or via
search. Maybe I need to find the combination to unhide it or buy it from MS?
