How do I run Genuine Validation tool to multiple PCs

I think, WSUS is not pushing the updates to PCs which are not validated
individually. Is there any tool which triggers the genuine validation in
workstations, so the WSUS update can take place automatically, as and when I
approve the updates.

Is WSUS push the updates even if the clients are not validated for
genuineness. Or the workstations, may be not accepting the updates - please
let me know the details.

I could see many systems are not updated with latest security updates, even
after approving the updates and scheduled to install in client systems.
