This is the same link someone posted for me when I had a similar problem,
and which I then reposted a couple of days ago to a similar query. There
appear to be certain issues (this is just one of them) which are easily
solved, but which need to be restated in this forum at regular intervals. Is
there some way that these could be collated into one place so that everyone
needs basically just one link, and to which we can direct these sorts of
enquiries?
