How do I sync Notes on a Storage Card?

I have ActiveSync 4.5.0 running in Win XP Pro. I have Win Mobile 5.0 on
Cingular 8525. I am using Outlook 2003.

Notes can be stored in Main Memory or on a Storage Card on the mobile device

It appears that only Notes stored in Main Memory get sync'd to Outlook 2003.
I create a Note and it is stored on the storage card at the same level as
"My Documents", NOT in the folder "My Documents". It does not automatically
sync to Outlook 2003. I force a sync from ActiveSync on the PC. The note
does not sysc. I use the pda menus to move this Note to the "My Documents"
folder on the PDA and it still does not automatically sync. I force a sync
from ActiveSync on the PC. The not does not sync.

Is there anyway to store notes on the storage card and have it sync to the
PC and Outlook 2003?

I asked this a while back and was told you cant do it with activesync. -DUMB.
They told me 3rd party apps are needed.
If you or anyone finds out different or finds a free app, let me know.
