i know that there is a way to set your screen back to looking like the xp and
not vista how do you do that.

you cant do that exactly.. what you can do is to switch to the classic
theme..

right click on an empty space on your desktop, select personalize
then from the themes select CLASSIC

Sorry, but u are not correct there is away because my husbands was done and i
can not remember how the gentleman that did it went about it.

You are barking up the wrong tree!

The previous poster is right!

What you are talking about is a way to return Vista back to XP, if you don't
like the results of the vista Upgrade from XP

you can by downloading softwear. www.stardock.com you download the trial and
see for yourself i have it now....
