How do I use activesync to transfer files

How do I use activesync to transfer files from a workstation to an PDA can
be: WM5/WM6/WM6.1. The files are small data text files.

Want to be able to this over the air (wirless) Can not use bluetooth.
This must be either Wifi or Cellar networks

Any ideas?

Hi,
ActiveSync will not allow you to sync files via Wi-Fi or the cellular
network. Microsoft removed wireless sync options with Windows Mobile 5 and
ActiveSync 4.

You need to create your own method of synchronizing the files using a server
such as FTP or a web server.
