Al: The only problem I had, if you can "even" call it a
problem, was that SP2 security center recognizes that NIS 2003
is installed/running, but it displays "status unknown".
Symantec has released a fix for this and you should get it
with your next "live update" it's called Norton WMI update.
After this is downloaded/installed SP2 now reports the current
status of my Norton Internet Sec. as "defs up to date and
running."
Prior to this fix, I didn't worry about the "status unknown"
notice in the SP2 security center, because I update my
antiviral program everyday, so I know the status already. I
haven't had ANY problems with NIS 2003 and SP2, just follow
Carey Frischs' recommendations prior to installing it.
Good Luck
Pam
