How Do You Assign the Middle Mouse Button to Activate Flip3D?

I recently had to reinstall Vista because of a hard drive failure.
Previously I used to be able to click the mouse wheel button to activate
Flip 3D but I can't find the setting to enable this. I am using a Logitech
G7 mouse without the SetPoint software installed which is the same setup I
had when it was working.

If anyone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.

Cheers.

Si
